About Me
I am a PhD Candidate in the Population Biology Graduate Group at University of California, Davis
and a member of the Bay Lab.
I am interested in how species and populations adapt to our rapidly changing world.
I combine field work and experiments with modern sequencing techniques and bioinformatic tools to uncover the genetic basis of adaptation.
I enjoy working in non-model plant and invertebrate systems, and have a special love of marine biology.
I always strive to connect with others about my work through art, outreach and teaching.
Outside of my research, you can find me swimming, biking, running, baking or petting dogs.
